Getting back to it.. spider mites

Hello all you good people.. its been a while , 3 months ago i shut down after harvest dued to spider mites. Im now ready to get everything up and going.. i was just hoping to get some tips on some steps to pervent the mites from coming back...
I plan to thoroughly clean everything again but i also know mites are the devil.. Thanks in advance for anyone who takes there time to read this..

if they in the soil then you pretty much fighting a losing battle.or buy a big bag of ladybirds before you start growing.yellow sticky strips,diatomatoes earth or is it sand ? sns203,azamax,green cleaner.

Been there! Check how the place you source your soil from stores it. Some leave it outdoors on pallets. Critter magnets... grow room rituals. Clean or change before entering, and no one else allowed. Don't visit other growers grows. Don't bring new clones in without a quarantine period.

The list goes on... my major battle stretched almost a year of constant fighting... turned out it was the friend of the 19 yr Olds that would come by.... he had an infected garden, and would reinfect mine every few weeks.

I'm generally a pretty nice guy, but I'm an asshole when it comes to my indoor grows. Fighting pests sucks.

Yeahh i wouldnt doubt it all started from them being in the soil..

Ohh i know, i can be the same way ... always trying to keep my space as clean as can be , i was surprised when i seen the mites considering that.. i sealed all my bedroom windows just incase lol..

Honestly, if you area is that bad, I'd probably spray around the house outside, and weare a tyvek suit every time I entered the grow room!

Bro I've seen no pests at all so it's not swimming if any ..I'll get a magnifying glass tomorrow and check hard ..I think it's a neut problem from the info I've been given

Sorry was to referring to your local, not your place! I've lived in parts of the country where they were thick... hate those little fuckers... they get me all heebeeejeebee.
