Looking for another light to buy and found this: https://www.ecofarm.ca/collections/...control-led-grow-light?variant=33692795633752

Never heard avout the brand before, but the light looks good and with the 420 discount the price seems good as well.
Do you have any opinions before I press buy?
I’m in the EU and want it shipped within Europe so Alibaba is out of the question for me.

That's a lotta money, I'm a little biased (although paid full price), but in the EU, for similar or less money you could get a Grownorthern Telos.
It's a fancy and well built (sturdy) light.

Very happy with mine!
:d5:

I thought the price seemed ok with the 25% discount, but maybe not.
I checked out the AliExpress light and read the comments and they didn’t seem happy.
And as far as I understand, the bar style lights seem to have a better, more even light spread than the QBs, is that wrong?

That unit is the apex of growlighting, has 98% 5 star rating, all my friends have that exact unit and they couldnt be happier. It has the samsung chip, far-red, twice as effective as HPS, no heat, no noise... You dont know what you are talking. For 150€ you get all that. But ok go buy your overpriced 1000€ led

Easy now, if you read my post again you’ll see that I was asking a question about light spread and if I was wrong about bar style having better light distribution. No need to get salty. But now I know better, the AliExpress light is the best in the world, the apex of growlighting. I bow my head in shame and beg your forgivness, I will not ask questions again like I was in a forum.

From what I have seen, alibaba ships from china. And AliExpress shops have different options. But I haven’t seen all the sellers on alibaba so that might be wrong. But what I do know is that it is not all the same sellers on both platforms and not all the same brands. And I’m sure most people understood that I was talking about the platforms and not the underlying ownership structure and shared logistics.

it’s an AliExpress-light in the same way there are Amazon-lights etc. Doesn’t make it bad or means that I think that the brand is AliExpress, just that it’s just that, a light that you can buy on AliExpress and also a reference to the link you posted that directed you to,omg, AliExpress.
As a matter of fact I did buy a light from another seller on AliExpress a few months ago, so i have no problem with them.
Can’t see how that makes me ”very confused”, but of course the fact that english is my third language I might have misunderstood what confused means.
Can we drop this now?
