Got a tricky one here - Septoria? Mildew? Pythium?

Here is Pyschosis BX2 cutting that I took a few weeks ago, in biobizz light mix/perlite, started showing new growth over the last week and looking healthy. Then all of a sudden these spots appeared -

They start kind of creamy coloured with a grey/brown middle, then it spreads and the creamy parts turn brown and die. Looks fungal right? But not WPM though? It appeared over the space of a day or two and is spreading quite fast.

I've never had any fungal issues so this is new to me... Normally I can find clear examples of issues online and figure it out myself, but this one is tricky. I found one example online that looked very similar, and it was symptom of root rot apparently.

The clone is in a small veg tent with a T5, and it's quite warm in there. I'm thinking I've kept the medium a bit too moist, and combined with warmth the roots are rotting. I can still see it's growing there so hopefully there's hope (the plant I took the cut from is 5 weeks into flower so I'd rather not take another one now). None of the other plants in the tent have a single similar symptom, luckily, but I've moved this one to one side just in case.

The other thing I was wondering is light stress? This is my first time using T5's so I don't really know how stress shows itself with flouro's. I say this because I had this cut over to the side out of direct light while it was rooting, and it was only when I saw new growth that I moved it under the T5 properly, and that's when these issues started.

It's out of the direct light again, and I'm letting the medium dry out.

Any ideas?

High heat, high RH so it could be a mold. If the roots have problems treat them with Botanicare HydroGuard. It is not uncommon for clones to have nutrient problems at the beginning because the root structure simply cannot support the plant yet. If it is a mold you really want to get that leaf out of the nursery.

Thanks. I should say - while I think the medium has been too moist, the actual RH in the tent is between 45-55%. It actually seems to have stopped spreading now, but I'll check tomorrow and see how it's looking. The fact that it came on so fast and seems to have died down quickly has me hoping it may have been a reaction to too much rhizotonic in the last watering. Fingers crossed that's it.

I'm assuming if it's pythium then it's unlikely to spread to the other plants in separate pots?

Molds, mildew and fungus spread by spores. If that is Powdery Mildew Those patches are the fruiting body of the mold and the white stuff is spores! I really cannot tell from the pictures.
