when does your green bar move up im currently afn grower is it dependant on posts

Hey!
The green bar is your Reputation and it grows by having people add to your rep. If someone likes what you did or said on a post they will use the rep button, it's in the lower left next to the triangle report this post button, and give you some rep points. You'll get a notification that you received the points. After a certain amount another green section will be added to the bar.
