Tx guys, finally i think it's not mites, i read they're too little to be seen bare eyes, actually i can see little black bugs under the leaves!
Just realised that my zucchini plant next to the weed is badly eaten, might try tobacco juice to stop infestation!
It's an emergency so i might try chems too even if I don't like the idea

update: checked on the"self diagnose your plants" sticky and they are mites!
I'm going to try to buy neem oil or something similar today,what a pain in the ass!

Ok, so to settle the mites problem once and for all, I started brewing my own "tobacco tea".
I've put 3 cigarettes( Marlboro ) in a sink draining net, then put the net in my sprayer, I'll let it brew for 24 hours.
Do you guys know if I need to boil the final tea or apply it directly?

Branching on its way for the Jack, I'm starting to think about LST, should I wait for the branches to develop a little more or is now the right time to do it?
Durban is growing slowly but surely, I hope she's not stunted by the bugs!
Tomorrow night I'll start spraying my homemade tobacco juice, how long should I be doing it? 1 week, 2 weeks?

They have known mostly cloudy weather since the start but not doing bad IMO.

Looking at the size of the leaves, looks like she's not gonna be a monster, anyway if I get 10 to 30 g's I'll be happy!
She's only getting 5/6 hours of direct sunlight everyday so I'm not expecting more, I'm already happy by growing it, see you guys!

I think you'll be surprised how much they will grow, even without more direct sunlight

I cross my fingers for you to be right!
It's just that i had autos earlier this season that had much bigger leaves at the same age, as for the vertical growth they seem on schedule, maybe better for the jack...

Hi, I've checked those guys I was talking about recipe for u and one of them suggests this:
20-50g of cheap tobacco per liter, add a drop (just a drop) of dish washing liquid and boil for a while. The result is a concentrate (store in fridge) which you should mix with water (1:1 if you have the bugs already, I would try less on such young plants first) and spray those fu*kers. Kills almost everything eating your leaves and shouldn't be danger to your girls.

If your gonna use Tobacco,imo it's best ofcourse to have freshly cut n dried leafs to use in your brew.I live in an area where they still grow it a little.But the commercial smokes have additives to their stuff and its a much more benign group of leaves,they make oil you can use as well,if I remeber right...lol imho if you can swing it...get yourself some SNS-209 as an all natural systemic pest preventative.makes my mite go away with a squirt of some insect soap most times.and other pests.I dont believe its very expensive either.give it a look n see whatcha think.
