Greetings. Excited to be joining the community. I’m a total virgin grower. Spent a couple of years casually surfing various forums – but found their signal-to-noise ratio way too high (too much inconsistent or irrelevant chatter to make it worth trying to assess true and actionable information). But as you all know, AFN is very different. After my State went recreationally legal last November, I started researching in earnest. An article on Mephisto Genetics referenced AFN, and POW, I felt like I’d found the Holy Grail. Previously, I didn’t even know about autoflowers, now I’m committed to beginning my journey exclusively with them. Thanks folks.

I need to be a “CareGiver Grower” to reduce or eliminate the high cost of my wife’s monthly medical-MJ dispensary fees. I personally don’t consume much myself anymore – but I do remember fondly the late ‘60s where I needed to buy ZigZags by the case. I “informally studied” sacred ethnobotany in college – Richard Evans Schultes was my hero. And how many of you remember Dr. Richard Alpert? I do believe that marijuana is a gateway drug – but not to opiate addiction, rather, a gateway to the divine.

We have been retrofitting our forums just for the reason that you joined us. Make the information more streamlined, and less clutter. We still BS in the Live Stoner's area, but we get to the grit in the testing and growing guides.

Our medical section is great, and could use a mind like yours in that section, bein's how you already "care" give.
