Waira, I can't tell you exactly what made me think that, I am not sure I can quantify it enough well enough to express.
I can say that I looked at a lot of Mephisto Gear, giants were not noted.
Their gear is very stable, even with as many varieties as he works. And for a lot of people that is gold, a giant messes things up as they generally take more time and for sure more space.
The Walter I have going appears to be an exception to the "giants not noted" observation.
Resin?, good grief... oozing from every cut.
Smell? In the room, a little stinky in that kind of skunkshit way, not overpowering but there.
On my hands, after trim? You ever see a chimp smell his hand after slinging a shitball at someone, and fall over?
Or a cat or dog get a big whiff of skunkspray and run around trying to wipe it out of their eyes?
