would you be able to make a system that makes the grinded stuff fall out at the bottom at a certain size?

I meant one of those jars with a handle thru the lod and blades inside the jar. Most are samll, you can chop onions and such with them. Thats what I meant lol.

blender/hand blender is good, you can just pulse blend it to your desired level, although its almost the same as your coffee grinder. You'll be able to grind more,

If you want less debris, dont have the bud completely bone dry, this will help alot.

The problem im having is that the resin is sticking to the blades and inside of my blender and no mater how much im scrubbing with soap etc, its stuck on!

i use a magic bullet blender https://www.buythebullet.com/, it works great only need to hold the power down for 5 secs and its good fluffy grind, but man one day i held it down for 30 secs and made an ounce into sand ha.

Wash it with Everclear!

Lots of good suggestions. I like the herb grinder but even that may be too small for a big run of RSO, etc. I may try one just the same as that scale is a ways off yet!
