Thank you very much elvis all the work is paying off now I think, I'm just praying that this is the setup that's gonna work for me, I'm gonna box the room with insulation on the weekend just to stop anything coming in or going out etc for now this is what I'm going with thanks for the help once again u have all been more than helpful.
