@Dudeski @Yeatster When you cure in the brown paper bag do check on day 4 or 5? My temps have been 62-70 with a rh of 55 to 45. I just got a small fan to run outside of the closet. I am going to put it about 10 feet away.

Turn the bags over every day so the drying is even. Check on day 3, then 4. By day 5 they will be ready for jars and burping.

Thanks. I've been shaking the bag everyday. I about to turn it over tonight. Should i open the bag. I'm going into day 4 in a few hours. The ones hanging in the cardboard box smell like hay a little.

Yes, feel the bud, if you have any stems on one see if it will snap. You should be getting some nice smells from them now too!

I'm about check the buds. The ones in the cardboard box are almost dry. The paper bag bud is reeking. IAppreciate your help.

Yep the buds hanging in the box smell like weed with a very faint grass smell. The paper bag bud still has a day or two to finish dry. Might jar the smaller buds tonight. Stems are bendy.

When stems snap they are ready.. you are getting close. Will be nice to have your first batch cured and made into some good meds.

I can't wait. How often should you burp the jars in the first week.

Once a day. Do you have any of the little hygrometers to put in the jars?
