Outdoor Growing outdoors in the Northeast

Great start man, Ive grown KC Brains KC 36 outdoors last year and did alright with it but had to pull it early cause someone was pinchin buds off of it. This year Im rockin some texada timewarp crosses and a shit load of automatics geurilla style. Fingers crossed for a good season up here in North western Ontario. Weather sucks bad here, Shit we had snow in the air two days ago still. But its warming up. Stay safe and good luck this year for a dank bountyfull yeild...K.I.M.

Looking good brother!
That Blueberry Headband sounds like some great genetics!
I missed out on the Fire99, but Highrise is working on releasing Firex99a some time after this OD season.

Don't know if you have grown any of the MOB99a, but it is killer and fast, right around 60 days flowering indoors, maybe a little less.

Will see how in does OD in my neck O the sticks.

Peace.

Soounds interesting. Post a journal, I'd like to see your grow!

I'm looking forward to see how this KC White does outside. I've got 8 so hoping for 4 females. I may breed one for seeds.

Update:

Need to get these outside! weather has been too iffy to put up the greenhouse. Tomrrow is suppose to be nice so if putting up the greenhouse by myself isn't a fiasco, They will make the move then also.
The Lost Coast OG, the Flowerbomb Kush, and 2 of the Northern Lights that just sprouted will stay inside. That will leave me room for clones in here too.

Update:
Big chages to the Veg room! The 600 watt MH is gone! In its place are two, 300 watt generic LED grow lights I got from ebay. Actual power consumption is 185 watts ( +/- 3% ). I'm already seeing lower temps in the grow room, so that alone makes the worth it. running them at about 28" till tomorrow, then I'll lower them a bit. So far, I'm happy with this new setup!

Greenhouse still not up...........Thurs. we had high winds, yesterday and last night pouring rain! I'm waiting for the ground to dry a bit. Maybe this afternoon, if no, in the morning.

The greenhouse is up! Better made than I thought it would be for $69.00. Not perfect though, the cover isn't quite right but it covers the frame so I'm happy! Tomorrow I get a bail of promix and transplant to 5 gallon grow bags. Wed, They spend their first day in the greenhouse. I'l probably harden them off for couple days before they get a permanent stay outdoors. I'll post pics tomorrow.

Greenhouse prep and pics

Well, after setting a day in the sun, the cover softened a bit and I got it to fit correctly, it looks much better now! I picked up a bale of Lambert's promix ( popular in Canada I hear ). last evening and today, I've been working on getting down the ground cloth and building the benches that will run along the side. They will be used for screening plants: Tomatoes,Jalapenos, and some Zinnias. Starting to mix my soil later when the sun gets low, too hot to do it right now. Tomorrow morning, I'll start the transplanting.

Now I haven't done much of any physical work in a long time, other than my daily walking. So I've discovered something: I'm not as young as I use to be......lol! I over did it yesterday, last evening. I was hurting by bedtime. Never been good at pacing myself, guess I'm being forced into learning that skill.....

Well, it definitely has been work, and not just the labor I've got in the project. We were fortunate to have a small increase in our monthly income, so we've budgeted $100 a month for April May and June. I made some extra that we thru in the pot, and that got us the LED lights for the veg room. The greenhouse and the promix was about $100. So now we just have whatever needs may come up over the next few months.

The greenhouse is actually a bit of a bold move, I do have neighbors, though not close to me. So even with it, we have to be stealthy. I'm going to get a shade cloth for it, It will not only help keep the temp down, it will make it harder to see into the greenhouse. Also, the wall of screening plants to each side will help. All canna will be topped , I may even experiment with a SCROG near the back.
