Indoor Growing Scrog

Do you have a side boob shot? She's definately going to bring some joy. :toke:

I let her main stem tip on me, but that's OK I think. She's about 18" in diameter at the moment. She started out kinda' slow, then went crazy, was hard to keep up with her. ( I still have trimming and tops-down stuff to do ... tomorrow. )

Nice and low, I love a low ryder.

So...while I do my SMC photos (see my other post in DP section of the forum), my wife asked if she could eventually bring me to ditch one of them for a red tropicana. No way i do that, but I told her, here is the bean, here is a grodan cube, and here is a link to the scrog post. Now that's 16 days ago, that little plant does better than I expected. Little yellowing at first but now all fine. Tbh, she never started reading but asked me for help instead...lol. Well, I do my best...but let her do. 2nd 6x6 now since yesterday.

I think it's time to add automated watering as it starts to annoy feeding every few hours by hand.

Hello,

This is say 60 of apple strudel by fastbuds. Would you guys schwazz this plant a 2nd time? Many fan Leafs come from within the buds...is it ssfe to remove them also?
I'm not the defol expert and I'm sure 420 will give you an answer when he gets a chance to pop in and check on us. I will say that I personally would be removing any problem leaves but I'm unsure about a full schwazz.

I removed some of the sugar leafs growing out of the buds in a small part of the tent. As you can see they are hiding many budsides as can be seen in the pictured below. I am just concerned if it is safe to do so/does it increase yield

Fan leaves are 5-9 fingers and normally a visible stem that connects them to the branches. Sugar leaves are 1-3 fingers and grow out of the buds normally not much of a visible stem.

Fan leaves are generally safe to selectively remove. Sugar leaves should be left alone. You can remove sugar leaves without damaging the plant but they are beneficial to bud development so best left alone.

With all that considered sometimes it's worth removing certain large sugar leaves to improve airflow or light penetration.

I have following leafs growing out of buds with barely any stem showing. Do you consider these as sugar leafs as well?

EDIT: Barely meaning i have to bend them down to see the stem and example picture where the red marked leaf has 5 fingers

Update on big blue. My thoughts were to take it easy on her for a few days after the heavy defol so I haven't really done much. Tried to move somethings around for better spacing but that's it. Mon she was fine still thin. Tues same. Wed top canopy was coming back. Tonight I was sat back a bit. She's kinda thick.

@420autoflower what's the play here boss? It's only been 5 days since stripping her. Should I let her go until next weekend and strip her again? Maybe just some solid defol daily and keep her thinned out?

From this point until formed buds is the part of the grow I'm the most uncertain about.
