Indoor Growing Scrog

Could be from heat stress from the light maybe. Nothing wrong with ec and ph numbers. VPD is a little high for this stage but not crazy high. I prefer 25-26c and 65% minimum during veg and early flower. Still hand feeding?
still hand feeding during day but that's fine now and I learn from monitoring those 6x6. She's getting every 4-6 hours now. Don't worry, just 1l wouldn't last long, she wants lot more now to have no salt build up and lots of runoff. I think that part doesn't make a difference if a pump pumps amount x or me doing same by hand. It wouldn't change the nutrients/feed. I've some green algae on some lowest parts of the lower 6x6 cube.
Dont get down on yourself or your plant. Shit happens dude. You saw what I did to lil stubby right?
yeah, shit happens. But it's all about having fun. And I don't even think that "shit" happend, it just changed direction and outcome.

Whats your light schedule? If 24hrs on then automated would be making a big difference. If not then hand or pump shouldnt matter. Its more about volume and the time taken to apply that volume. Lots of runoff for 5-10 mins is a good thing. Also automated almost always offers better consistency which rockwool likes/needs. If rockwool dries out it can get "hot" and burn the roots.

My apologies I thought you were being hard on yourself. Youre right shit hasnt happened and she has plenty of time to turn into something amazing. And I believe youre going to get her there.

I forgot about this. Iv seen 420 say algae isnt a problem and I've seen pics of his whole drain tray covered in roots with tons of algae on them. My cubes got all kinds of stuff growing on them.

My light is on 23h./1h off. She's getting her feeds slowly in shots over roundabout 10 mins each time , otherwise it just would run through and the top part would stay too dry instantly.

You aren't wrong, nothing to apologize for. I usually am hard on myself and that probably have been read though. At the same time I can also find totally different values in failures or different outcome. So there's some kind of a balance. Yet i dislike that unsatisfying feeling of getting something, but not what expected. You are also right, I'm going to get here there, whereever that may be. I will give her few days and go from there, strip her, spread her under the net. Thx for believing in me and your thoughts on her ;)

NQ, are you measuring PPFD and DLI? If not, what is wattage in use + distance from canopy? Could be she's getting too much light and sees no reason to stretch. Just a guess of course. Could also be genetics, the final frontier. These two are at day 78, grown under identical conditions. Both FastBuds, Tropical Punch on the left, Amnesia Haze on the right. Similar has happened for me too many times to count! Go figure.

No messurements of the lightoutput, just had the 320 watt blasting at the manufacture recommended distance - maybe a little too close as I mentioned earlier, when I also hung that light higher. Thx for mentioning that. Will carefully check dli with the app tommorow. Genetically, it's an rtc x nq-auto so I expect some bushyness of the night queen part. So that also might/could come into play slightly.

Todays progress was little better, things will never be perfect but she added few cm...I 'm okay with that and something to work with, if she grows on that 3-4 more days like she did today.

You were right, and stupid me wondering why she doesn't stretch.... Checked for ppfd/dli at the previous distance I had the lamp, it had been way too high dli, near 1 1/2x of what's needed.
Checked also the settings and cables in my technic. And voila... Controller had the right values set, but the lamp didn’t adjust, instead took her own values.
Changed the distance and output level now to get around 40 dli. Thx again for pushing me in that direction. That fixed 2 problems in one go!

Further focussed on that yesterday. You were right, and stupid me wondering why she doesn't stretch.... Checked for ppfd/dli at the previous distance I had the lamp, it had been way too high dli, near 1 1/2x of what's needed.

It could also or additionally be DIF, see image attached. I understand and respect that 420 does 24/7 lighting, but to get PPFD up to recommended amounts in flower, circa 1,000 PPFD ... 24/7 of that is throwing watts away. I don't find a recommendation that varies much from that. I don't know.
