Indoor Growing Scrog

Nice! I havent given up on growing in organic soil so autopots is something im looking at. I want to get away from hand watering. I feel like thats the choke point in my grows. That and root zone temp.

Will be interesting to see how your 'constant flow' fertigation works out for you, Gas. You inspired me to change my timer settings to once an hour for 10 minutes. Speaking of experimenting, and inspired by the guy who grows huge plants from one 4 inch rockwool cube, my 7 day old Dutch Passion Lemon Kix youngsters are going to navigate life in only one 6" Grodan cube, along with more frequent fertigation. You never know until you try.

We're close to 72hrs of constant fertigation. Hard to know if it's from the change or just the gorilla cookies but I like what I'm seeing from her. I've had to take multiple handfuls of leaves each day probably something like 80 leaves since switching. No negative effects observed. The pic is after maintenance because I didn't plan on giving an update but 72hrs is a good mark. I dont think its possible to over water rockwool from the top.

I may have brought shame upon the House of SCROG. I understand we want all possible growth turning into colas and lollipop isnt in our vocabulary but... You know those branches facing down? They are hard to get up into the canopy and if you let them grow they are normally under developed compared to the other branches. So I chopped them! How do my fellow scroggers handle this?

Next run Im thinking about going 9/3 lights with continuous fertigation for 7hrs of the on periods. Starting feeds an hour after lights on and stopping an hour before lights out.

personally I work my scrogs to get 16 mains on each of 4 plants, (cos I have not yet grown using 420autos method) any extras are pulled up as much as possible through the canopy as secondary buds and allowed to grow, anything under the canopy is just removed.as you have done

The canopy is already so crowded and the tent itself is getting crowded. Plus I tried this with big momma and I feel like they added more defol work and larf than quality buds. I guess in the future if Ive got space to fill then super cropping those lowers and getting them up in the canopy real good is probably the move.

circumstances prohibit any growing at this time, plus I still have quite a stash to get through before i can justify growing more... However, i have a plan for when its time.....

my past scrogs were grown to "LBH's famous scrog tutorial" which has bounced around a few web sites over the years, i plucked it from " grow weed easy" many years ago.
