Growth/Bloom

Hi,
I've recently bought the Reflector 192. Do both the switches (Growth and bloom) need to be turned on when growing? I'm doing autoflowers...
Will it effect the grow in any way if both switches are turned on from seedling?

Hi you can have growth and bloom on, I would advise to use just growth when seedlings and put bloom on from start of veg all the way till chop.just make sure you don't just have bloom only on as fans don't come on!
