What up Docs!! Its been a while since I've been in for a visit, but I'm finally stumped again!

I haveca FB GSC that is on day 13 or so.. Its had lime green leaves since sprout. She's being grown in a local compost mix with the bottom half mix with super soil.. So its straight ph'd water till harvest. She's under 165w of Autocob light. I thought she would grow out of it and gain some color, but nope, not as of yet.. Im just posting to make sure that there isnt another issue I am unaware of. Every thing else looks super healthy. Do you think I hould I just wait this out or is some sort of action needed? Thanks in advance as always Docs!

Looks like a pretty healthy plant with good structure so maybe it's the strain. But I have read a few accounts of this being due to low nitrogen, however I wouldn't think it would need too much early if it's been pale from the start. Perhaps when the roots hit the supersoil it could improve. If things don't improve maybe you could try making a high nitrogen compost tea, dilute it and try a light feeding with that?

Here are a few pics from outside of the tent in natural light.. She's not alone in the tent. She's in there with 3 others. I have a total of 7 going in two separate tents. All the same soil and set up. This is the only plant with any color issues and shes been this way since sprout. She could just be a nitrogen whore! Lol.. But I doubt it since its so early on. I'd love to chalk it up to being the strain or an anomaly.

I really don't see a problem and the roots should be reaching the super soil so just hang in there.Keep in mind that the new growth at the very top will always be a lighter green until the leaves develope and they will turn darker green and this is normal.

Sshhhwwweeeet! Thats what I was hoping to hear! Other than a little off color she's doing excellent! Appreciate you taking time to give her a check up! Please send the bill to the insurance company! :worship:

:smoking: Proph' what's good mate? ...well, some of the light color could just be this pheno',... might be the upper mix is a little N light, and/or maybe low on micronute's... try a foliar spray of some mild grow nutes,.. do you have a wetting agent? This is a critical part of foliar spraying, as it help coat and stick more evenly, so mare gets absorbed,... Have you looked into Optic Foliar? Overgrow is their all-in-1 ready to spray product, or you can use Transport as the carrier for the nutes, or micronutes (Earth Juice Microblast is a nice product),....this way you keep extra's out of the soil if you like-

What up @Waira! Thanks for replying! I dont have a wetting agent that I'm aware of.. But I am down to try a foliar feed. It's been almost a week and no change in color.. She's still growing at a solid rate, she just didn't look happy or well. Her leaves have never been perky, they've had the droops from seed. She waz topped last week and it hasn't affected growth. I was thinking of pulling her.. Today is day 21.. Here are pics from today.. Some of the stems are starting to turn purple and so are the centers of the fan leaves...

And for comparison, here is her tent sister.. Same age, soil, ect just different strain.. This is a Crystal Meth from FB. They were started and planted together.

:smoking: Proph', all seeds are a little gamble in truth,... no guarantee's on each one being a winner! Breeders burn through handfuls at this stage doing early vigor and form selection,... key hint here is her off color from the start, which could just be genetics,.. lacking any other signs of trouble, and how's she's growing decently, this is my guess...
Foliar pretty much needs wetting agent, or a very mild soap like castille, to be most effective,... but a foliar was just a suggestion, you can make a weak grow nute solution, and feed her a bit, just enough to give shallower roots a taste, not a full on dosing,... likely it won't help, but it's worth a try! What do you have, and the NPK#'s on it? Need that to call the dilution amount,...
