I understand the security issues but at the same time I can't see AFN members trying to rat out other members because they now know who they are or where they live (if they bother to check account details which I wouldnt) some kind of honour code but I guess its not 100% reliable. PM'ing the gamertags keeps them away from the public eye so nobody other than the AFN users wanting to play together would know the details. Hopefully we can come up with some kind of resolution as it would be awesome to roll around online with the fam Jackal i'm gonna have a look for that AFN crew now, even if it's not active you have to represent, right?

Go and ask the two guys who had to change their names if They were happy about the info we pulled up on them including their home addys...:thumbs:..and that was information picked up that any other person Viewing site can access..not just members.

Just a thought also, everyone wanting to take part could edit their psn personal info and choose a random address etc so even if people did try to look into your details they wouldn't lead striaght to you, just really stoned wanting to play gta with people xD

Please believe me AFN team, I am taking the security issues seriously, even if I do message back slightly giddy from my lovely BAM/Haze zoot But who said you can't come up with good ideas whilst high? Everyone go and edit your psn details if you want in on this bandwagon - remove all/as many traces as possible and report back - as for the crew I don't have access to my ps3 right now but apparently there is already one made, just inactive - I'm sure we can solve that! Damn I need a headset..
