Lighting Hanging distance and tent size

I have a skyline 200 mk2 can someone tell me the best hanging distance for veg/flower also what's the biggest tent she can handle

they got a good site , but its in meters , .3 , 1.2 , and im high , sooooooooo ,



it looks like i nice light , id start at 30 in seedling then 24

Yeah had a look on the site hanging distance seems about right there selling a 100 sky saying it can do 2ftx2ftx5ft tent so wondering if the 200 can fill a bigger tent

I always have them 2ft (60cm) in veg and 18" (45cm) to 12" (30cm) in flowering.
Just ask if you need any more info.

2x2ft best, you can cover 3x3ft in veg.
