I start my ladies at 30" under mars, In full bud I get them close, around 12" from highest flower.

Usually we recommend hanging distance from canopy:
germination 24-30inches above the plants
veg:18-24 inches above the plants
flower:12-18 inches above the plants
You need to adjust it to a better distance according to your plants reaction.

Here is a pic of my Humboldt County Blue dreams under my marshydro 144x5 reflector series this is their first week of flower I have them roughly 20 inches from the canopy I will move them closer as they start to flower

I have only just started using my 2 reflectors (on my first grow), I switched the bloom on as soon as I saw the sex of the plant.

I know I probably waste money but I always use full spectrum from a Seedling the full bloom I figured the sun is full-spectrum just my thoughts
