Ok, so Mars lights arrived and were installed about 12" from plants. My old lights will be used to cover the sides.
I also got some pictures of the broken plant, both parts.
Had a big scare when I thought these were male sacs, but with the help of the wonderful people here, I learnt that those are actually female resin sacs. Yay!

That is a LOT of light, I would suggest getting some more air to those roots asap so they can properly use all of that light. Also, and I am no LED expert but I think your sidelights are too close. Also if you are going to be using that much LED lighting I would definitely get stocked up on your CalMag

It's my very first grow, and I have to say I'm loving hydroponics. It feels less messy than soil to me (I've only used soil for bozai trees, though).
You should give it a try.
