Hi my HBSS is 43 days old and she's flowering now
Just abit of background info

10L airpot coco
Nutes : 6/9 GH micro/bloom + 1.5ml liquid sili +2ml calmag
250 hps 24/0
Temps 67-75f
Humidity 40-50%

So far feeding ppm is 700 and PH is 6
Run off ppm is 580 ph is 5.6

So I've had magnesium deficiency from early as it is my first grow so since I upped the PH and ran to waste it's been ok but in last week since she started flowering the PH has dropped in run off and she's starting to show these deficiencies where some top leaves are curling up from end and some mid leaves with yellow/brown tips there are also some fan leaves that are doing the praying action for magnesium I'm thinking i foliar fed them yesterday Epsom salts 1g/L but it doesn't seem to have helped

Some pics

That's to Derek and jingo as they have been really helpful so far on my first grow

Flush her, I think you may have some salt build up. I cant remember if you flushed her already when we were dealing with the Mg def. Either way I would flush with 3x the volume of water and on the last portion of water add 1/2 strength nutes back into it.

Should I PH the water?

Right instead of makin another thread I thought id
Right so I'm on like day 52 of my hbss in 10l coco pots
Just to recap 6/9 micro bloom I'm feeding with 1.5ml/g calmag
So my leaves have been looking like shit again recently and my runoff ph has been pretty low this week again like going in at 6 coming out at 4.8 even lower! Wanted to ask if that's due to adding carboload to my regime this week? Also I've flushed just now with 30l of PhD water yet at the end my ph is still running out kinda low??? Like 5.2 even after light feed? I'm confused
Here's some pics of her I know she's getting locked out coz the Ph is fucked so what do u think Guys? @Waira
I also give her a Epsom salt foliar feed
It's hard also watering the very edges of the airpot without water seeping out as I can see actual salt in some of the holes

:toke: ibz-- what do you mean by 6/9, 6/12? - ml's of the nutes/gal? What's your water source and hardness (ppm's) and pH? If you're using RO/DI, Ca-Mg is critical in coco, for stable pH buffering... This isn't a Mg defc., wrong symptoms; I'm thinking maybe it's P defc., from the look of things and the low run-off pH,... BTW, how much K is in the Si supplement? And is the Ca-Mg all carbonate derived? Upper pics are kinda fuzzy, but all the leaves look,...odd... Have to checked for pests under the leaves, just to eliminate some other possible things? Shoot me some closer shots of the affected leaves, I can't see what I need to on these new ones,... :smoking:

Hi yes sorry that's 6ml/gal GH flora micro and 9ml/gal flora bloom
I'm using tap water with 100ppm which is 7.3ph but I ph down to 5.8-6.1
I'm using canna cal mag
There doesn't seem to be no bugs or anything I've had a good luck I also flushed them with plain tap water again yday till the runoff was ph 6 and fed at 400ppm I've fed 3 times and the Run off is slowly creeping down its like 5.4 this morning

I will have to check how much K is in the liquid silicon when I get home and the pics as I'm just at work
I will post the Pics of affected leaves

The pics are clear on my phone but when I upload through tapatalk they go fuzzy should I upload through web browser or will I have to do it on computer?

Ok so it's growth technology liquid silicon but it has no details about it on the bottle
I can't see no signs of pests at all
So Just to update
I ran 400ppm @ph 6.2 of 6ml/g GH micro and 9ml/g bloom also AN carboload 3ml/g
Getting runoff ppm of 100 and ph 5.4
