New Grower Heat is an issue

How about another fan to blow air in. In my old PC case I had 4 26W CFLs, with an intake and exhaust fan. If not, I hope taking that light out helps a bit.

I think i may have another pc fan some where.. But is there a small 12v converter i could use? my last one i use was mammoth it was from a hand held radio charger. Ok well thank you guys im going to try and run 2- 26 watt bulb and see what we get the i may add a intake to it if needed (i was hoping to use negative pressure to conceal scent).

Try radio shack for the converter, however I found a much cheaper generic one at Fry's for about $10 which also has an online store if you are not close to one. They also have AC computer fans for about $15

When I had temp issues (in summer douh) I placed frozen bottle of water into intake air tube

i did this as well KO.

but when my pc was hitting 90+ the bottles lasted for about 1-2 hrs -- not worth it for that small space.
(not only that -- it was taking space away from the grow room) -- a quick solution but not permanent.

hey mooons -- hazy summoned me right over so i got right out of my lamp.

1) can i get a picture of your set up for visual? -- would really be helpful.

2) Westpointe Electrical Co Wp 4" Hi Velocity Fan 1002 Personal Fan << thats your exhaust fan correct?

how much cfm does it have? -- is this the only one you have for outtake/exhaust?

3)i noticed that you want a negative pressure. -- what is your current intake set up?

negative pressure = passive intake = perfect solution for the small grow space.

in this case -- you wont need an intake fan -- just some holes on the opposite side of the exhaust (bottom) and let the exhaust do the work.

----

looking forward to your response -- hopefully we can get this solved asap so you can get growing healthy girls.

Yeah sorry i tried to pm you but i have not earned that yet. Thank you for coming. I will try to get you a visual, just cannot at the moment 2) yes that is my exhaust and correct since i only have this fan i was looking for negative pressure. I cant have holes in my cab with the stealth issue, but i built this cab so by no means is it air tight.

Any old cell phone charger or home phone power supply 9.5v output are higher will work to power your pc fans. If your near a recycle center or thrift store you should be able to find any size pc fan and power source. The carbon filter was always the cause of my heat problems as it restricted the exhaust. Fixed it with 2 exhaust fans.

Well it may be early tm untill i get pics sorry loaded with work.. you can lead a horse to water but cant make it drink! Well on a side note I found the like button ahhaa
