Height seedlings to Led 240w

Hi.
I have start my new grow with led for the first time.
I have a TGL 240w quantom bord and i have put in on 100% power and 28 inches from the seedlings who are 3 days old!
Im thinking on just lower the light more and more along the way and have the power on 100% from start to finish!
Is this the right way or should i have lower power in the beginning?

Go for it you won't burn plants with LED until you can go over 2500 PPFD and then maybe not. That is just the strongest I have run.

Won't hurt a thing besides your pocketbook. You could flourish with a third of that power at 16" for the next 7-10 days.
