SeedBank : Mephisto Genetics
Strain: Heisenberg Special
Did it autoflower?: Yep
Soil/hydro: Soil, BioBizz lightmix
Nutes: BioBizz Grow, Bloom, Heaven, Alg a Mic. Soil amendments were Big Plant Science Plant Explosion, and Black Pearl from Grotek
Light (kind and schedule): Platinum P150 for the first 35 days, then a P300 for the remainder. 20/4
From seed to harvest date: 76 days
Dry Yield: Enough for me for a good few weeks
High/Effect Duration: Comforting, like a warm blanket, or your favourite smoking trousers. Very indica, but not overpowering. Incredibly relaxing, but not debilitating. Smoking in the evening, I can sit happily for an hour or 2, with a smile, and a warm glow just behind my eyes. With some of the hybrid strains, I get energetic, and feel I could take the world on, with Heisenberg, the world could be taken over by martians, and I'd just sit there, smiling.
RATE SCALE: (*) = bad, to (*****) = great
BAG APPEAL: *****
Hard, sticky, smelly, took on a little colour in the final days, very aesthetically pleasing
THE GROWTH: *****
I threw the kitchen sink at her, she just absorbed the blows, like when Homer Simpson became a boxer. At Xmas she went without water for 3 days, due to some snow in the UK, and I thought she was not gonna make it, but she pulled through. Near the end, I was really unorganised, pushed for time, and she wanted for water on more than one occasion, but she still produced.
THE SMELL: ****
Paki black hash or Citral. I don't get any citrus, nothing but a heavy hash smell. She's not overly pungent, but when you bust a bud up, the smell lingers for a while.
THE SMOKE: ****
Lovely. Comforting. Memory lane stuff. It tastes like smoking a joint of hash. Spicey, slightly sweet. I've been growing a ot of hybrids lately, and it's nice to have a jar of indica buds. My go to smoke after the kids go to bed.
THE HIGH: *****
Love it, relaxing, but I can still absorb information. On the surface, all looks well, but inside, I'm glowing with relaxation. Very zenlike
Plant shots, you can see the dry crispy leaves, yes, my fault
