Hello to all. My name is Clyde. I have been a medicinal marijuana cardholder in Oregon since 2008. It is prescribed for back pain and muscle spasms stemming from an auto accident and works much better than any pain medication on the market. I always enjoyed a good toke, so when I moved from the south to Oregon, I immediately took advantage of the awesome OMMP laws and signed up.
Being a renter, I was not able to grow my own so I setup a grow tent at a friends house and grew a few harvest. That has been a few years ago.

Now I own my own home and am I'm a position where I can grow, so I am getting ready to start up. I have been interested in autoflower for some time since smoking some auto White Widow from Dutch Passion and was blown away. I had been told that auto's were not as potent and didn't product good. That was a few years ago and I can see that things have changed. What I smoked was definitely just as good as anything I've even tried.

I found this site last week when I was looking up info on growing autoflowers. After a few days of reading posts, I have finally signed up so I can participate. This is by far the best site online for gaining knowledge on the subject. I really enjoy seeing everyone's grow journals and will start one as well.

Just wanted to introduce myself and say thank you to everyone who shares on this site. Seeing the results of others and reading the posts has helped me make decisions on my setup, what strains to grow, lights, ect.

Have a great day.

Welcome Clyde. I can not wait to see your own grow journal..

Welcome Clyde. I am new as well and looking forward to this awesome site. My brief membership here has already provided excellent advice. Using written and internet guides that are four years old, check the dates, is not a good route IMHO. Autos are in a constant state of change and improvement at this point in history and require updated professional advise.

I have Primary Progressive MS and and nerve damage on my spine. I used various strain selection sites for strains specific to these issues, but I am curious to know what strain you use for back pain?

Welcome Clyde,

happy that you found us. We are the No1 site for AF's and also the friendliest cuddly site you could wish for. Thanks for doing an Intro, and do keep in touch.

eP.

Thanks guys.
Yes, Moondude, the up-to-date info on this site can't be beat. I too have learned a lot in a very short time just reading posts and looking at the various grow journals.
You asked about a strain for pain. My go to strain has always been White Widow. I first smoked it in Amsterdam many years ago and fell in love. Most derivatives of it, such as White Berry & White Rhino also works great. I really like White Rhino. In fact, probably my favorite. When those aren't available, a good Blueberry or BlackBerry Kush will do the trick. I prefer a good indica high.
What do,you use for pain? I'm sure nerve pain is probably a little different but these strains would probably work very well. I enjoy trying different strains, you never know when you will find a new favorite.

you came to the right place Cmoor. best info to make your auto grow a success
