If they are OK with the height you have them at now just keep it how it is and lift the light as they stretch. I keep them on grow nutes until they stop stretching (about day 35 depending on strain) and also on 24/0 light during the stretch so they don't bolt when the light goes off. It works well for me with my box only being 1.4m high.

This is day 73 for this Little Dwarf. She's 26" from the soil, sorry about the crap pic.

Thanks man northern lights blue auto 22. Days and showing pistils And the 2 grizzly purple auto r 5/7 days behind they seem to be doing ok should the stretch start now till wk 5
