If it is narco effects you are after, I can suggest Trans Siberian, or possibly Syrup. Both are knockout strains. I have grown both and can heartily recommend them.

If you're looking for something to knock you on your ass that's pretty easy to grow - you could try Dutch Passion AutoWhiteWidow - Very nice and strong tasting.

Sweet seeds also make lots of lovely strains - one of the strongest i've had is Black Jack, but i've also heard reports that S.A.D is a great killer smoke.
