Grow Mediums HELP : Leaves Drooping ( pic included )

Hey guys , yet another obstacle , anyone any ideas why my plant ( 18 days old ) is drooping so much at tips of leaves , lowers are leaves yellow n fucked because i was underfeeding but muddy helped with that one .

dwc + 2 airstones
600w dual spectrum hps
temp 23-27
rez temp 18 -20
good air circulation
ph always 5.6 - 5.9
ppm stable at 500
using canna rhizotonic , canna vega , and cannazyme
My humidity has been really high but in veg i know they like alot of humidity so donty think it can be related to that . anyway folks heres the pics of little bertha

just checked her roark , everything fine , ppm 650 , new leaves look good , but very slight yellow on tips , prob cos she was needin more juice , thats me got 3 AKR beans ( sprouted this morning and already 1" roots out of netpot into rez in my new aeroponic propogation system now m8 , cant fukin wait , aprils gonna be 1 fine month ( well maybe may , but my diavolo could be done April , gonny start a grow on them roark , do i just post in hydro forum and title thread grow journal ???

These guys know what they are talking about and have steered you on the right path. One question for ya. Where did you find a dual spectrum 600 watt bulb? I've only seen them in 1000 and 1500 watts, please share...Thanks in advance. And please update with pics. Also how large of an air pump are are you using, plus is the water RO water??? Any H2O2 in the DWC??? Let us know, good luck!
