Grow Mediums HELP ME for this Growing problem of Think Different!!!

Day 17

Thanks DWCocha and roark2.0

My plant has no purple veins and I'll try your way roark2.0 to see it works or not.

This is day 17, I lower the PPM from 500 to 350 to prevent nute burnt but last night I let the pH went over 6.4 again so now I may be sure that the pH fluctuation is the main problem which leads to some symptoms like mag def on the leafs along with brown spot and yellow keep spreading slightly. This is my consequences showed by pictures. Any comments about solutions would help me more though!

Anyway, she's still growing like a monster no matter what problems are geezz!

Those last two pictures still show symptoms on it with yellow spreading gradually

Id say your spot in with the PH drift my friend :smokebuds:I don't think she has any tip burn & doubt you where over feeding though
I could be wrong but was thinking it may be underfeeding even ?...its hard to be sure & the best you can do is keep the PH as stable as you can ,check PPM as much as possible & if it goes up gradually over a few days it may be to strong ...or ...if it drops slowly ,that could mean it's to weak..

A Plant doing this well should be able to take up to 100PPM rise every week through veg & stretch really .:Cushty:

I'm with dw I'd up the feed a bit. Thats me though.
After lookin at my calander an notes. Mine looked similiar in size. I put um on 1/2 strength nutes 1042 ppm. And then did a foliar spray for the mag def. Watch the p.h it'll swing a little bit.
Lookin great all the same.

Yeah I'm trying to control the pH but after I lowed the nute to 350ppm, now it increase up to 404ppm after 1 day and pH is swinging from 5.8 to 6.3 every 5 hours so it's a bit hard for me to control pH.
Therefore, I don't know what the problem is with nutrient, should I up the feed more or low it under 300ppm. Same question to bro roark2.0

Ah Are you using the epsom salt to treat the Mag-Def roark2.0?, Can I use it with dissolved water to put into the root zone or just spray it like you, which is better man?

I'd up it to atleast 1000. That's just me. As for a mag def. I would foliar spray. I have mag so I don't use the epsom salt thing. Heard works but experience with it sorry. Foliar is supposed to be better for that. Sorry not much help.

Today I just use foliar spray but I'm wondering about how many times I should spray the plant, twice a week or once a week man. Do you remember the ppm in the water you spray for your plant man?

Hey Saigon, I don't know about epsom salts, especially in DWC. You are correct with the foliar feedings, about twice a week is all you want to do. If you can, spray them about 10 minutes before the lights come on especially making sure to get the underside of the leaves really well. That is where the stomata are at and that is where they will drink from. On the days you don't foliar feed, spray them with plain ph'd water. They will take up the amount that remains on the leaves and it will clear the stomata and help them continue to transpire well.

One other thing I didn't think about earlier, make sure the Cal/Mag you are using has a surfactant or wetting agent in it. Many do not and you will need to add that to it in order to get good distribution.

Thanks a lot for your information A4, unfortunately I just follow the schedule of the guy from youtube so I spray epsom salt once a day within 7 days and in the lights on time. Does it has any problems man?

If you spray when the lights are On, then you run the risk of burning your girls(the droplets act as a magnifier!) I grow outside and would never spray m`girls in direct sunlight mate! :peace:

Thanks man, how lucky I am when she still gets no burnt when I spray her under the CFL light, I think that's the reason. It would be worse if my lamp is MH I think
