New Grower Help! My seedlings suddenly lay flat agains the soil!!

Why are people posting that autos do well in any light schedule. . Complete or partial misinformation !!! ..not willing to verify 14/10 lights on. Auto grow...FOH

First grow. Leave all that. LST SOG SCROGG ETC,alone. Focus on grow, get Your ppms ec lights nutts temps soil's etc sorted..

Got any tips for the ppms, nutes, etc?
