Can somebody please help me get my temps correct inside my grow box?? I just installed my Apollo 6 Cidly LED that I received yesterday. Been using my digital temp gauge for the last 2 weeks in my bedroom monitoring outside the cab temps and humdity. On average the bedroom temps have sty around 75 to 85 degrees F and humidity of 30% to 45%. Ive even been running a humidifier in the bedroom as well. NOW INSIDE the cab with the LED, a fan, and the 4" induction fan running to suck the hot air out, the cab is reaching temps of 95 degrees ( just checked it now ) and humidity of 24%. I dont have the odor filter attached to the induction fan until bloom, but a few minutes ago I took my 4" flex duct and attached it to the back of cab where the air comes out and curved around the left back corner of the box facing away from box. Im confused and freaking out. Luckily I haven't germinated my bean yet until I get the temps and humidity correct. HELP AFN!!!! I have enclosed pics below!!! "High Team Help Me"

You just need to improve your airflow man.

temps are outside the cab are pretty warm.. Perhaps you need a better extraction fan? Can you lower the temps in your bedroom?

Can you provide more photos and details on your fan? Take photos of outside the box with some real light on. It's hard for me to picture what's going on here...

Also what do you mean by induction fan? Do you have an extraction fan? It looks like you've got an intake grill at the bottom. Is there enough space behind it for airflow?

Quick question. On the led its self....are the side vents pulling air of pushing air? You might have to get that light a little higher or the exhaust fan a little lower or a little of both. It looks like you might have a little hot chamber in there.

Hey bro, your 4" inline fan should be plenty for that size grow box. You definitely need to have the outlet duct hooked up and ducted away from the box tho, if you didn't have that attached before then yeah the hot air was probably just coming back into the intake. Also as HH said your room temps are on the high side, that LED should only raise the temps like 5° or so but if your room is getting up to 85 your probably going to have some problems. I'm only running a 4" fan on my 4x2x5' tent with 300w of LED plus 100w of CFL's and my temps only get up to 86 max but room temps are like 65-75.

Sorry Happy. LOL. I meant Induction fan. Its a 4" opening on it. I cant lower the temps inside my bedroom because the heat runs off a wood stove thats in the basement and radiates heat throughout the house through the base board system in each room. I CAN close the vents though and shut them off. They will still radiate a lil heat, but prob not as much. And yes I do have an intake grill at the bottom. After running for a couple hours I have got the temps down to 89-90 degrees F and a humidity of 36% and climbing steadily.

And Bromeo. The LED's side vents are pulling air and there is 4 lil extraction fans on top pushing air right towards the big extraction fan to pull it out of the cab. The dimensions of my cab are 48" H x 19"W x 26" D. I will take pics for you guys right now. Gimme a few mins family!!

Ok guys so here are some pics I just took of my setup.

Here is how I have the 4" flex duct laid out in side and out side the box. It comes out the back of box and to the left side with extracted air shooting and aimed out into bedroom nowhere near intake air grill at bottom of cab.

Here is my lil 6" Holes fan for air circulation in my 48"H x 19"w x 26"D Stealth cab.

Here is the top extraction fans on my Apollo 6 LED as well as the side vents that are pulling air

After a few hours of running with a few tweaks got the temps down to 89-90 degrees F and humidity 35-37%. ALSO just cracked my bedroom window about 4-5" with an outside temp of 25 to 30 degrees F to help with some inside cool air temps.

Here is the Emerson Moist Air humidifier I have running as well right next to the stealth cab on full blast humidity and on Medium setting.

So heres the pics. Any suggestions would be great. I can not afford any more extraction fans at this time so i have to work with what I have. Will 89-90 degree temps be ok as far as temperature if i cant get them down much more?

By cracking my window a bit. Ive got room temps down to 77 degrees F. Seems to be working so far as far as getting bedroom temps down. :dance2:

Once you get a plant in there with some moist soil the RH will rise a bit. It really wont help your temp but definitely shold bring RH up. Nice looking stealth grow by the way +rep

Hey Hansbricks. I got my box temps down to 85 degrees F, and 37% humidity :Sharing One:
