Indoor HELP!!! My stealth cab is reaching temps of 95 to 100 degrees with Apollo 6 LED!!!!!

Yeah man I hear ya. I've yet to start a grow journal (will be starting one soon) so I too will be contemplating where is the best place to put your grow journal for both relevancy and views. Feel free to PM me a link to your grow when it's up and running and I'll help keep an eye on it with ya.

IS your exhaust fan on bottom of the box? as far as I saw, it is, move it to the top of the box, theres where hot air is on the topIf it isnt im sorry i cant help

Can somebody please help me get my temps correct inside my grow box?? I just installed my Apollo 6 Cidly LED that I received yesterday. Been using my digital temp gauge for the last 2 weeks in my bedroom monitoring outside the cab temps and humdity. On average the bedroom temps have sty around 75 to 85 degrees F and humidity of 30% to 45%. Ive even been running a humidifier in the bedroom as well. NOW INSIDE the cab with the LED, a fan, and the 4" induction fan running to suck the hot air out, the cab is reaching temps of 95 degrees ( just checked it now ) and humidity of 24%. I dont have the odor filter attached to the induction fan until bloom, but a few minutes ago I took my 4" flex duct and attached it to the back of cab where the air comes out and curved around the left back corner of the box facing away from box. Im confused and freaking out. Luckily I haven't germinated my bean yet until I get the temps and humidity correct. HELP AFN!!!! I have enclosed pics below!!! "High Team Help Me"

Hi there. I'm very new to growing but I do have a home made cab. My temps are around 70-75. I have two PC fans that suck colder/fresh air into the cab and keep the temp down. I am running a 300w Dual CFL. Hope this can be of some help to you. Check out my thread if you would like to see some pics of my cab.

Got a question AFN family. I put my bean in a cup of PH'd water yesterday morning at 11am. Today at 11am after 24 hours i poked it and it dropped to bottom of the cup. If it doesnt pop a sprout by 11am tomorrow morning at 11am, should I put it inside a damp paper towel and a lil ziplock bag instead? I have the cup now on a heat mat. Just dont wanna ruin my LR#2 bean.

if the bean sunk when you poked it and it stayed at the bottom i would put it in the paper towel just now, thats what i do all the time, it usually takes 24h for the tap root to show for me after doing this.

Thanks Larky Derry. Thats exactly what I did this morning at 11am. I switched it to a moist paper towel, and put it into a ziplock sandwich baggy and placed it on my baseboard heater with a dark towel covering it. Once the tap root shows Im going to water my soil with 6.6 ph'd water only and drop her down about a 1/4". Then its on like Donkey Kong brotha!! LOL .. I'll hopefully be doing that tomorrow and will be starting a grow journal of my setup and everything I use within the indoor growing section. Keep an eye out for it
