New Grower Help needed??? Ask me here directly

Stitch,

I am planning my first auto grow, probably mi5 or jet47 under a 240w LED in coco/perlite hempy style buckets. What container size would you recommend for optimum results? I'm unsure if to go with 10-12 liter buckets or 20ish.

:howdy:Hello Stitch,
I'd like to hear your opinion on this Annapurna started on 12 March that I have in a guerrilla location in a 3gal bag. It looks to me like it maybe almost ready and I haven't yet checked to see how cloudy the glands are, but there isn't any pistols left uncolored, it hasn't had much growth in weeks.
This is one my first auto seeds I'm grown so my opinion doesn't mean much to me on this topic.

I'm kinda planning on starting the two week flush in the next 7 days sometime when I started to flush my other mature autos that were started during the same week and required 10 weeks from seed.

Any advise or input would be appreciated, thank you :smoke:

hey stitch!, Im on the last seed of a chaze 3pack i bought last year, and im having a hell of a time with them.First one i grew last year got nute burned at the end of veg and never pulled out of it.I grew that thing over 6 months and it never really matured.in a 3 gal container (i know, too small!) it only got about 40" with slight frost on airy buds. After a 2 month cure, i stumbled upon my stash and tasted it. it was awesome!! great tasting mix. That got me excited to grow another.Unfortunately that seed was DOA and never came up even after using the teeth crack method ive seen u talk about, wich has actually saved some seeds for me before.Anyways my last seed has been flowering for 8 weeks now and not wanting to mature. This one is in a ten gallon pot andis about 7' 6" if i dint have it tied down becuz its indoors.I started it on EJ meta k due to potassium deficiency a few days ago.its on 16/8 light cycle now, but just takes its sweet freakin time to grow!! Still hasnt totally changed to flowering yet either even after ten weeks since first preflowers showed. My question is, Have u noticed any special requirments to friut out the chaze? Have u noticed a tendecy for them to bcome deficient in any nutes especially potassium and magnesium?? The rh of the room stays at mid to lw 30% humidity which probably compounds the potassium def. Any chaze pointers u have bro, id love to hear them. Im trying to get pics up of it, but am having issues with my phone at the moment. If it helps, the batch no. from seedpack is CHZ1A

Yes Annapurna is ok to chop now my friend!!!

I think that ur soil is not enopugh rich , cause Annapurna must be a monster, try next tuime to gro it directly into the soil grow bag!

About Chaze, it is true that sometimes Chazze can restart to grow or can get some longer flowering issue if we do play with her!

Sometimes if you do not stay in the right flowering nuts and good ph zone, the plants can get troubles to flower.... it is a point that i'm workin' on at the time, cause I seen that some people get this problem!

I 'll tell you to specioficaly use a 0-14-12 / 2-14-12 NPK nuts to do well during flowering time, i mean NO nitrogen during flowering process...!

Use a 6.2 ph into coco and 6.5 in soil

The bach number isn't a problem, it just a ph problem about ur feeding and nutrients

take care

right on stitch! thnx for the quick reply!! good info specific to chaze.Think ill stick with 0-0-5 meta-k and h20 and should start seeing some changes. Btw, whats the longest youve heard of a chaze taking to mature?

Alright, I flushed it today and I started this Snowryder directly in the bag a couple weeks ago "pictured below" and we'll see how much improvement I'll make after everything I've learned.

til 4 months max, grown into 100liters container lol

No pyrophobe, it is a wrong info!!!

no Reg seeds never!!!

hey stitch, looking at all the info I gleaned from what u said about chaze( no nitrogen during flower, sensitivity to stimuli, ect.) got me thinking that some of these strain specific things you have learned by watching these plants grow, would be a cool reference for others to use when theyre wondering if their plant should or shouldnt be doing what they are seeing. A thread for each strain could be started that from time to time u could go and post comments like stregnth of feedings u found best, sensitivities to cold, humidty, temp. Its probably safe to say the actual breeder has the most experience with most autos due to them not being out too long. Not thinking an essay or anything, just things u have found most helpful to the plant posted whenever you thought about it.Maybe other breeders could offer some knowledge theyve learned from growing the multitude of plants it takes to stabilize a strain before its ready to be released. just a thought passing by :smokebuds:
