KVS different Pheno?

Stitch,
Most the KVS i've seen grown on the forum seem to be single cola dominate variety but i don't think my Fem Kush Van Stitch is quiet that pheno, any kinda heads up on what to expect out of her smoke? anyone else grown this branchier pheno?


pic info says 51 days but kvs is ten days behind so at time of pic this girl is at 41 days from breaking surface

You're a lucky man. I've had this, my single Cola variety are always auto and small, then I've had the same as above that (for me) don't flower without help (12/12) but when finished omg omg omg its strong and lemon smelling. Miles better potency than kvs of single Cola phenotype. Mine went nearly 90 days (only started real flowers after change to 12/12.) Tbh i felt gutted and thought I'd gone mad, the problem was obviously wasn't me cos all my other autos flower. mine kept giving pre flowers only ie: pistols and leaf ONLY no Bud no trichomes no smell until its sister kvs got chopped@day 66 so early and i put a photoperiod into flower....and boom (or bloom) she packed on Bud . Ended up at 1.3m height and could made it to 100 days,i cut her when only half of her hairs were amber and all trichomes cloudy. A nice stone, stitch says its a Sativa but i get mongo couch locked. OK Stitich, i seem to have just found out that you are a breeder and very experienced (dumb, I know). just started growing again since late 80's. did big and small, out and in from late 60's to late 80's. with my clones i have grown thousands of plants (none were auto) Question; do you feell that it takes sprouting at least 2x's as many seeds to actualy get plants that are worth growing? and did you have anything to do with the TD? this plant has nodes closer together than any plant i have seen except for my clones taken straight from rooting table to flood table. also, i have 5` RI's that have not shown sex at week 7, monsters taking up my room, every thing else is flowering including the AK's that are only 3 weeks old. i run 20 hrs on, all plants in DWC or aero, BMO nut's (this stuff is the very best i have ever seen and you can buy it in bulk straight from the company. question; will droping to 12hrs drasticly effect the others? OK, thats actualy 3 questions and i really appreaciate answers from someone that knows. thank you in advance!

@ Kirby the only thing I can answer is that autos get better yield with more light ..18/6. 20/4 ..

I do see some people have problems in some phenos ...but everything I've grown s for for stitch has been a successful auto .....besides some germ.problems ...they flowers for me!!!

Thanks SM, thats why i'm asking Stitch these questions. I dropped the hrs to 12-12 today. i should get these to perk and go from there. I hope that he can jump in and give some insight too

20% of my time in business is actualy packing box's for shipping, 30% is testing lighting and its effects, and 50% i can do from anywhere in the world which really bugs my wife i hope stitch finds what he is looking for!

Hi imho and not being stitch,i think that obviously 20/4 etc are optimum BUT i let 2x autos finish (last 3 weeks) under 12/12 while i started flowing a photo girl and both finished on time and full of flowers and i didn't notice ANY loss in yeild. Plants work in the dark too, they store up energy from sun/hps and utilize it during the dark. I'd say if you're having problems flick em over to the dark side (12/12):thumbup:
