Help Needed! Problem with plants first grow

Thank you Waira! And Merry Christmas to you!!!!
UPDATE: I just watered my plant and tested the run off. So I watered it with 6.0 PH water and the run-off was 6.3 PH. (Yes, this the first time I got run-off, it was very little though)
My Water-PH meter hasn't been calibrated and I just keep it the way it is (no storage solution), I wash it with tap water and then put the lid on it - I bought it a month and a half ago when I started this grow. I have another beginner grower friend who has the same PH meter and it works fine for him.
My Soil-PH meter always shows 7.0 but I'm not sure if it is accurate.
This is not an auto. I plan on switching to flower mode in mid-feb when my other slightly younger auto plant is harvested.
My grower friend has a Cal-Mag supplement (still haven't used one). I still have to go to the gardening store to see if they have a zinc supplement as well.
What should I do now?
ALSO: My lower, bigger leaves (with red stems) also seem to be dying (it could be because the light is blocked from the upper leaves).

P.S - sorry for bothering you on a holiday weekend, I just feel a little worried about my baby

no prob mate! As for the pH meter, trust in me as a biologist with a lot of aquaculture background, these meters are delicate instruments,... it's critical for the accuracy and lifespan of the electrodes to be stored in the right solution and calibrated often,.. that glass bulb is not just "glass", it's a 3 layered specialized type(?), *edit* plus there's a second nonvariable electrode to measure the electrical potential difference between them....that's how it measures pH,... a new meter will take some abuse for a bit, but it'll start to slip soon enough,... always rinse with RO/Di water too, hard water will mess with it as well,... use 7.0 and 4.0 calibration solutions,.... the storage solution is a special ion balanced one for preserving the functionality,...
Get me new pics, i want to see how the symptoms have progressed,... some defc.'s can overlap in early stages of symptoms,...

I've got a CalMag bottled by Remo nutrients. Apart from adding it to RO water, should I foliar feed with it as well?

I am not sure with Remo. With some brands you can some you cant. It usually has directions for foliage mixes if it is advised. I recommend Optic Foliar, it's gotten me out of a few pH swing problems without much damage,

The bottle says it can be used as a foliar spray. It also says it is super chelated, resulting in a quicker uptake. However, I watered my plants a couple days ago, so the soil is pretty moist.

Seems you are getting help from people much smarter than me. The best of luck, anyway! Hope your plants bring you beautiful flowers!

Thank you everyone for the advice!!! I did a foliar spray with calmag yesterday and the leaves looked slightly better (as if they've woken up a bit).
Waira, I found a PH meter with a 'calibration solution' online. The link is: https://www.olx.com.pk/item/ph-meter-ezdo-IDWe53e.html#a5ba0c30b7. I wanted to ask if this seems legit to you since I have no knowledge in this field.

Also, you said I should add calmag to the RO water. Should I do this every time I water the plant or should do it only when I feed it with a nutrient mix (I alternatively feed the plant with just water and nutrients mixed with water)?

That one looks ok. It does not say if it has temperature compensation or not, that is a real nice feature. The best pH pen style meter for the money is the Apera Instruments brand. The best overall is Blue Labs. The Apera one is about the same cost and style as that one you linked to (assuming 5500 rupee is about 80 USD.) I don't know where you are, but Amazon has it, probably alibaba as well.

I need help! It seems like my plant isn't improving. I foliar sprayed it four days ago with diluted calmag and added calmag to the ro water before making nutrient mix. Fed it yesterday.
Apart from the weak and discolored look of the top leaves the larger leaves on the bottom seem to be dying. The first set of larger leaves died a few days ago (pics posted above) (I have cut those now) and now the second set of leaves appear to be dying with similar sort of discoloration (looked like a phosphorus def. but not sure. (the stems are also. It is the starting to effect the third set of large leaves as well.
