Old Reviews help odor control

The fish smell did go away after a couple days but to me that was just a good eye opener that when these plants start to smell this filter isn't going to cut it so I am trying to figure out what I can do to re do my odor control be for j have to chop my plants

One time isn't likely to matter. But if you fry a lot the build up can work quick.

One time what? Also this tent is in my bedroom not my kitchen. Lol

One time cooking greasy food. But if its not near the kitchen then it is not likely to be a factor.
Better luck with your next one.

Thanks mate think I'm going to pick up a phresh filter and that ozone thing

And then out an ona thing outside my bedroom door seems like this should be a good combo to work with :)

But I'm for sure getting a phresh filter and after having my tent Recirculate for about 3 hours it got up to about 94 degrees (kinda figured it would)

Any more advice on this subject other than adding the phresh filter?

Might sound bloody obvious but have you tried doing the opposite of what you have already tried, i.e. sucking cool air in from outside and venting into your room (or the other way round if I've remembered wrong). Something that simple combined with a good filter can make a huge difference.

Well the problem with pulling air in from my room is its not cool enough to keep my tent cool (should have gotten cool tubes :/) but I am thinking about doing some rearranging to pull air in from outside and push it out of my other window making a loop if you will but if I'm pumping some hard core dank outside that causes it's own issues haha but I think getting the phresh filter is going to be my best bet unless there is a better filter out there than phresh that isn't over 150 /200

Shame about the cool tubes but that's life! Might sound an odd question but where are the windows in your room? I ask because if they are high enough up you shouldn't need to vent directly out a window because if you can get the cool fresh air into the bottom of your tent from outside you can just point the vent tube from the top in the general direction of the open windows. You also won't get huge amounts of steamy hot air condensing outside your bedroom window in cold weather :) Think of your bedroom as a bigger tent with a smaller one inside it.

I think you'll only be left with the heat problem once you've got that new filter on, it's a really vast difference when you use a good one and have negative pressure in your tent!

The phresh is going to be a good call.

The only other suggestion I would have relates to temps.

The position and direction that an internal circulation fan points can make VAST differences
in the temperature inside the tent. I don't pretend to be able to identify why or what is good
and what is bad...I can't see the air traveling. But what I do know is that I can swing the temp
in my tent by nearly 10º simply by changing the direction that the fan in my tent is pointing.
(that's mounted to the top cross-member.)

So monkey with that. :)

Otherwise, odor-wise, you have the right game plan.

Just see what's coming out the phresh before you direct it outside... ;)

I'll try and get my boy neko to post some pics for me later today

However I'll try and lay this out lol

I have my tent in the north west corner of my room my wwindows are on the north wall I have 2 windows that close in on each other if that makes sense. So I have a hard duct coming in from my window into the bottom of my tent draws great with the negative pressure in the tent :) as for my filter it's hanging in the top of my tent with the duct coming out the top over and down with my fan sitting on the floor outside the tent (I don't have enough cross bars to hold everything how I wanted ) so I was thinking once I can get more ducting bringing it off the fan up to the opposing side of my windows to exhaust out the window and I'm thinking this will make a good loop and control all odors

Unfortunately the only time I can grow is in the winter because my house doesn't have ac. The hunt is on for a small unit I can maybe out in my room or the tent and maybe get a grow in durring the spring time as well I also have thought about getting an led for the spring time as well for 2 plants. I was looking at the Mars reflector series the 144x3 should do me in my 3 gallon smart pots but for right now if I want to grow in mid spring it's gonna need to be an ac unit or led and honestly both are out of my price range right now

Haha soot on trapper I have the Temps right where I want them right now (74) and I can hold that pretty constant by opening or closing the intake side of the window easy enough to mess with :)

And yes that is my big worry about pumping air outside is the smell since I'm in a basement everything is low to the ground I wish I could pump to the attic but that's just not a possibility
