My advice, if you're having problems stop using a 3-part nutrient. You've over complicating things for yourself. 3-parts in my opinion are for master level growers. Start growing with a one part or a two part.

I noticed a lot of water spots on your walls. This looks like too much bloom nutes to me. I have done this a few times. Looks like there are a few problems though. Might also have a PH problem too.
