These were outside you say? I'm 90% sure the spotting is thrips, a very common, unrelenting mobile pest,... they are everywhere outside, can fly, and are fast movers, so often, you don't catch them at the scene of the crime! I grow OD too, and I War with them, and aphids, from day one to harvest, so this enemy I know well-
Do you have a magnifier lens? You have to scan the plant, close-up to find them, most, but not all, are very small... like this dash (-)... What pest control products do you have, or can get? I recommend product with spinosad in it, but neem oil, pyrethrum, some safer soap products will kill them,.. problem is, they will keep coming back, so gear up for the long haul mate, just how it is OD's,....

I've tested them, and most are rather inaccurate, but let's try this: take a soft scrubby pad and buff up the tip area where two types of metal are joined-- to clear out any oxidation/corrosion,... make sure the soil is nice and moist, not heavily watered or dry-ish; set the probe in there and let it sit for 3 min., to stabilize, and tell me the reading,.... We need to determine if you have a simple lack-of type defc., or a pH lockout type defc.,.... fixing the latter will require different steps, including, likely, a flush depending on the reading,... From what I can tell, leaves are dying back tip and edges inward, with patches of necrosis well into the leaves,... this is most likely P defc., demand for which is now elevated for bloom,... I don't see Ca or Mg symptoms, but demand for that is also increased for bloom.... Biobizz should have Ca and Mg in it-? Check out the label and tell me what it says, please,...
