New Grower Help..ripped leaves..

Hey guys so I was checking on my ladies earlier and I accidently ripped some leaf tips from the 2nd and 3rd nodes. I was rotating my pots didnt realize 2 leaves were stuck in between..the tips got sliced right off...will this affect or stunt growth?

Did the same kinda thing on one of mine, shes just fine didnt slow her down at all just looks a little ugly

Phew...of course it happens to the biggest bushiest of them all...Ill call it a lesson learned..thanx guys
