First time growing hydro and slowly got the hang of it

i think my plants are perm dwarfed though probably from stress and in-experience when I started this grow

I did purchase these seeds from some random guy on a bitcoin forum. I wonder if he sold me shitty seeds and said they were RQ Auto Ak47 when they were prob bag seed?

This one turned male right?
