So I've been growing these beans for a couple months, it's my first hydro grow and out of 4 plants two turned male. When they were supposed to be royalqueen autoAK I got from a member on bitcointalk forum

theyve been growing uber slow and are super quick to show signs of nute burn, anything close to 500+ tds/ppm and the tips burn, at first I let the solution slowly ramp to 1000 tds/ppm but I no know that was a huge mistake as the plants had severe root dieback and but .. I think maybe this stunted them permanently

also I've since ordered direct from seed banks and planted one of which in soil thinking I was gonna give up on hydro all together, the soil one already showing hairs which is great but it's displaying the same yellowing discoloration as my hydro plants

Ive been adding cal-mag, orca, hygrozyme.

today I flushed rez and started with 350ppm/tds of cal-mag solution (tap water is 30ish)

then I added 1ml each of jungle juice grow/micro/bloom to bring it up to 451 tds

i don't know what else the prob could be, ph is spot on at 5.5-6.2 (I start low and let it rise)

does se it need more nutes? As you can see from photos these plants burn easy

320 ppm of cal mag is way to much ?...what brand do you have ? .You should be adding around 1ml per liter maybe & not making a big difference to ppm .

Looks like you have burned them but there also really hungry & that's whats causing the yellowing / lighter color green leaves .

I recommend making a fresh res ...add half the bottle dose of cal mag 1st ,then you M/G/B Upto 600ppm ,set & keep PH-5.8 or just below .

If you think your lights are too close ,move them up a bit & see how they do bud :Sharing One:

thanks man.

just followed your instructions,
crossing my fingers.

also my light is as high as it can go on the pulley ratchet clips that came with the light, if I remove those I can affix the light directly to the crossbar on the tent and it would raise it maybe 4 inches
