The spots resemble calcium deficiency. Perhaps review your calcium input; any cal-mag charging of the media you did; and soil/runoff pH (with a lockout due to an excess or pH imbalance possible with your complex peat/soil mixture). Also, to me the plant looks hungry, small for day 32, such as perhaps could use more N or some base nutrients. But get other and more expert opinions, particularly from those using similar media and feeds.

My guess is a phosphorous issue has the feeding helped or made it worse? :pass:

She is getting worse in the last 24hrs. It's strange tho. Last time I looked both plants look terrible, but both leaves look like "praying hands." I have heard that means they're happy but how could they be... they look terrible. The other lady got accidentally splashed with bleach water well may have been. I was running dehumidifier downstairs and had put little bit of bleach in because it's was dirty. Before I put bag in tent it was on milk create in stationary tub. I emptied the dehumidifier and some splashed on bag. I thought there wasn't any in it, didn't smell any. Well when she was doing bad I figured that's what happened. Now this 1 has an issue too. That's why I didn't do a journal like I mentioned. Shit is going down hill fast, and I don't know why. Always did pretty good with Craft blend so far. I'll go look up phosphorus now I'm always so bad at seeing what's wrong.

Might be more then that it does looks hungry light in color. How long ago did you amend the pot and did you do anything to the peat moss to start with? Might be behind feeding all that stuff takes time to break down. Looks like the peat moss you used doesn't have anything to start with.

Ok, I reused last grow soil. I flushed it after grow tried to get as much out to start fresh. There could have been some nutrients still in it. I put 1 cup of Craft blend in the soil. I then put about 1" of the lobster & crab compost. Finally I put 1-2 cups of worm castings. Plus silica and recharge 3 times. She broke ground on 4/1 she went into bag I believe 4/8. So she only been 4 weeks with how small she is you think she's out of food? The plan was to top dress like 2nd week in flower with another top dress to come. She is around 100 days start to finish. I wonder if it's lockout. I plan to ph her run off tomorrow. Been ph'ing her to 7'ish so would think that ok, but haven't checked.

Yeah I always lean toward a lockout issue unless I know I’m under feeding. Probably best just to give plain water for awhile if your ph adjusting your water might as well go to 6.3-6.5. If it comes out natural at 7 and you don’t check sure fine but if your adjusting might as well go the the proper range IMO
