Hmmmmm,... well with that tea, I have no idea about what NPK amounts are going in,.. dolomite is slightly different in chemistry than regular lime, and is the slowest acting of all forms,.. not sure what good it is in a tea, as it's largely insoluble,...unless the tea was strongly acidic, then it could dissolve some of it into solution,... but doing foliars bypasses all this anyway, and still it won't correct! Well, I'd say overall nutrition was lacking, N still being the worst,.. I know your hands are tied where you live, for other available products...
Wetting agents are kind of like a soap, and act on the solution as stated above,.. you can use a mild soap like castille, just enough to make the solution not bead up when sprayed,.. you'll have to tinker with how much first,..usually very little, maybe 5ml/gal,...
No doubt, the genetics are dubious mate, sucky to hear,.. but at this late date, thery are basically photo's that need the light hours drop to initiate bloom,....
