Good morning,

I´m running this Copacabana auto and don´t know if this yellow leaves are due N or Mg or both. Soil PH is 7.0 and trying to lower it to no avail. Organic. Thanks,

:toke:-- looks mostly N defc., which hits the lowers with overall yelowing,... Mg is more interveinal,.. but they can blend in between, and you may have Mg defc. too,... you can mix some grow nute in with the bloom, just keep those PK numbers well above the N,.. it's not likely to correct at this point, but it should slow the fan tapping down some,... Ca-Mg for the Mg defc., or epsoms salts (1tsp/qt) for a dose or two,.. 1/4 tsp/qt for regular dosing,.... what organic nutes are you using?

What are you feeding and regiment? 7 should still be pulling up nitrogen if available, but @ 7 magnesium falls off fast.

Thanks, guys. This is my second indoors grow and I had problems in composing the soil but is perlite, vermiculite, lawn soil and some turf. Used some tea of guano, dolomite and mamona, banana´s tea and recently some organic liquid compost. Feeding once a week, watering every other 2 days.
So that´s why she´s so Mg hungry, PH @ 7.0! I´ve been spraying epsom salts once a week. Can I spray it twice a week?

..... not a pH availability issue guys,... Vegano, how are you doing the foliar, and at what dilution? Do you use a wetting agent? this stuff will take the surface tension out of the water, so the solution coats and sticks better, instead of just beading up,... spraying the leaf bottoms is important too, since more of the stomata are there vs. topsides,... more surface area coated = more absorbed! Treatment dilution is 1tsp/qt, 2-3 applications over a week,..

Hi Waira. Yes, I´ve been using ES one tea spoon per liter once a week and applied under leaves as well. What wetting agent? I´ve got amazed how this babe needs magnesium. Also I believe these autos from Maconha Seeds Bank from Chile are not quite stable. It´s said to be a Bubblegum x Manga Rosa. You see, this one is 70 days old without pistils yet. Perhaps it´s a photoperiod plant. It´s running 24/0. I had a previous grow of the same strain that stunted, but is what I can get here in South America without much risk.

Hmmmmm,... well with that tea, I have no idea about what NPK amounts are going in,.. dolomite is slightly different in chemistry than regular lime, and is the slowest acting of all forms,.. not sure what good it is in a tea, as it's largely insoluble,...unless the tea was strongly acidic, then it could dissolve some of it into solution,... but doing foliars bypasses all this anyway, and still it won't correct! Well, I'd say overall nutrition was lacking, N still being the worst,.. I know your hands are tied where you live, for other available products...
Wetting agents are kind of like a soap, and act on the solution as stated above,.. you can use a mild soap like castille, just enough to make the solution not bead up when sprayed,.. you'll have to tinker with how much first,..usually very little, maybe 5ml/gal,...
No doubt, the genetics are dubious mate, sucky to hear,.. but at this late date, thery are basically photo's that need the light hours drop to initiate bloom,....

Hi Waira. I started to apply a liquid organic compost (chorume) that´s said to be 3-1-1 and seems that the yellowish is less accentuated. Also I did some EP. Both foliar spray. I´ve been learning a lot and my goal is to go fully organic, without bottles of "industrial organic" fertilizers.
Yesterday I asked the guys of this seed bank and they suggested to run a 18/6 light and see how is the behaviour. If it don´t work, go to 12/12. I´ll give a few days and depending how it goes, a alfafa tea might be considered. In my research for natural components, confrey and moringa have been considered as well and also ashes of cucumber peels, said to have 11 of P. Appreciating the support!
