Extraction Hemp edibles

Hemp has not THC, but other cannabioids are still there, right? Mainly CBD.
So I can make oil, butter for medical use as I know.

Maybe someone knows when is hemp ready to chop and how much % CBD contains? Buds are nice green, without crystals, smelling nice, full of seeds. We are looking for cloudy crystals? Or amber? Or doesn't matter with CBD?

@Root any special recipe maybe?

Hemp is gaining in popularity. Are you growing some?

There are the same cannabinoids in hemp, although in much smaller amounts.
From what I've read, hemp buds are harvested early to keep the THC below 0.3%

I'm sure hemp would be processed the same for edibles etc, it just may take more buds.
