Rack up another HUGE victory for Herbie's. Lets just say I had problems "collecting" after my order arrived. Their customer service was second to none in rectifying the problem. They were very gracious and I am more than pleased with the outcome. They will get all my future orders.

Anyone in the states whats your average ship time like. Usually I get mine in 5-7 days but I am going on day 12 here and worried as all get out. Normally its so fast.

whats the tracking say? I think mine was 7-10 I don't remember - it is getting to the holiday season so that may be the reason of slower delivery ?

They dont use tracking anymore as it suffers more scrutiny via usps that way. They just send standard airmail now. My last order in october got here in like 5 days flat.

here in the western united states it usually takes about 2 weeks to get an order but it has taken up to a month to get one. they do not track but if you pay extra for the registered shipping they will replace lost orders.with the holiday season here it may take a little longer to get your order. don't worry about it yet.I usually order new seeds when I plant a crop so I will have them in plenty of time for the next crop.
