herbies is the 
shit and they will replace if your seeds if they don't pop..... just let them know there all about good business ....takes about 2 weeks to get to jerzy but i send cash money..... that's how much i trust them....done it 5 times no prob .....incognito stevooooooooo...peace and have fun with your seeds treat them like gold cause they are...

HERBIES is hard to beat when it comes to service
Can't speak for herbies. But with Seedsman I've ordered my dutch passion seeds ended up with 12 automazar,12 fantasmo express. 4 SODK Autos. (Just recently) usually if I'm buying seeds I end up with getting top notch seeds as freebies. You get freebies based on the dollar amount you spend, which you can choose autofems fems or regulars. Plus loyalty points which spend as cash. Holiday sales. Once a month 15% off sales. If you choose stealth shipping they will resend your order if it doesn't arrive.. I've never once had one not show up. And if seeds were missing they were good about getting them to you . Customer service was ok. I'd recommend them strongly =)

Herbies offers all the same and they have a site dedicated Auto seeds
I ordered for the first time from Herbies on Nov 5th. I chose the "tracking and guaranteed" shipping. Well my order went through and got an email saying they can't track it but I still have "guaranteed" shipping. Well I didn't receive my order after 25 days so I emailed them and they said they would only do one resend. That was dispatched on the 30th and it's been 3 weeks since and still haven't received my order. So i'll be down $70 since its not really "guaranteed". They did have fast customer service and a nice variety on their site. I have since gotten 2 orders in from a different popular SB. I wont be returning to Herbies.

I am sorry you have had a bad experience. I am not gonna stand up for them, but they do have a good reputation. I would look for "other" reasons as to why you did not get your delivery.

@epenguin I know they have a good reputation. That was the main reason I went with them from the beginning. Only reason I decided to write a review because I paid extra for the "tracking and guaranteed" shipping then they didn't track and it wasn't guaranteed. Just letting future buyers know that before hand.

That is a fair point rippsta. What do they say in reply to that point. ie, you say they offer tracking, but they say they can't do that ?
And then they offer a guarantee but it is only one time ? This is confusing.
Would you talk to Herbies and get a clear cut definition of their US postal promises. It would be very helpful if you could please !
Then you could pass this on to us here at AFN.
I am sure you and Herbies are both wanting the best outcome for all concerned. Tell them AFN is watching with interest. Not in a threatening way, just with interest.
