Found these weird things on my plant today, I she ready for the bin or something be done to help?

Yes sir you are correct, those are ball sacs.

I have heard sometimes you can just strip all the ball sacs you see, and then you are ok. But if you miss any, you could end up with a bunch of seeds.

It is a decision you have to make. If I had several plants, I would cull it. If I only had 1 or 2 plants and was needing smoke, I would just watch it very closely and remove all the sacs.
