Welcome to AFN! Glad to have you here, and if it is knowledge about autoflowering cannabis that you are after then you have found the right spot! This is the mecca so to speak and all of the people here are amazing and willing to help newer growers not make the same mistakes we did when we started :) If you have any questions feel free to ask away! What kind of setup do you have? Are you doing soil or hydro? LED or HID? Or have you gotten that far yet in your setup stage? Sending super grow Karma your way friend

About to start my first grow...had a question about starting seeds in hydro system..should I start the germination process in my system since from what I've been reading autos don't like the transplant transition...or would it be cool to start in germination kit?

Hey and Welcome!
Glad you found us, and I am sure you will be too!

New grow? My best advice is to start a journal in the New Growers forum. We keep an eye on those threads and it is a great way to keep track of what you are up to.

Be sure to outline your set-up whether planed or existing. Detail your environment too. Then we can help you out with any questions you might have.

Peace and happy growing.

I would germ in rockwool or coco then put it into the system after you see roots coming out of your coco or whatever you use you want the root system to have a chance to develop enough to support a healthy plant before you stick it into the water. What type of system do you have ?

I have a 3ft growbox ..it s says it can hold six plants but I don't think 6 is going to fit so I probably staying with with 3
