Hey AFN fellow readers,
Just joined this wonderful source of info and wanted to introduce myself. I am from somewhere winter never seems to end so recently had the idea of growing some green while waiting for the hot season to show up.
I've had previous experience years ago growing outdoor photo strains but didn't know back then what I was doing so results were quite deceiving. This time, I won't be making the same mistake twice. I've been reading about autoflowers and learning how to grow them for the past 6 months and just started my first indoor grow. If you want to come and check it out, here's the link: https://www.autoflower.org/f44/auto-1-dwc-blackstar-180w-led-150w-hps-40901.html
My actual set up : 2x2x5 DR60 grow tent, 180W Blackstar LED, 150W HPS, 4x T5 6400k and 2700K, waterfarm with mods (airstones, 60W commercial air pump), 6'' fan and scrub.
My plan is to grow one plant at a time and maximize product quality/yield. I am actually growing a close relative to auto lowryder#1 (seed bank calls it Auto Auto#1). Average plant in terms of size and THC content BUT supposedly very resistant to stress. Foolproof, as they say... which explains why I picked this strain to start with and experiment. Just like my first date, she might not be the most beautiful out there but I'll always remember her haha
See ya around!
